These Terms govern your use of leanpickle ai company workspaces, Front Desk messaging, and related services (“Service”). By creating a workspace or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
leanpickle ai provides multi-tenant company operations software and a Front Desk that may communicate by voice, SMS, and email. Features, allotments, and plan terms are described on leanpickle.com pricing and may change with notice.
You must provide accurate company, email, and mobile information. You are responsible for activity under your workspace and for keeping credentials and session access secure.
If you opt in on our web signup form (checkbox never pre-selected), you consent to receive SMS from leanpickle ai at the number you provide, including account, verification (when SMS is used), Front Desk operational messages, and related service texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may still use email and voice channels.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
New workspaces may include a free trial as advertised. After trial, paid plans (Core / Grow / Extend) apply as selected. Billing may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider under their terms.
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that AI agents replace licensed professionals (e.g. CPA, attorney). Live payment rails and bank settlement only apply when configured and entitled — not by default at signup.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, leanpickle ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the three months before the claim.
