This policy describes how leanpickle ai collects, uses, and shares information when you use leanpickle.com and company workspaces on *.leanpickle.com (the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

Account data: company name, work email, mobile phone number, optional website.
SMS / messaging consent: whether you actively opted in to SMS on our web form, the timestamp of that opt-in, and related message-delivery records.
Usage and ops data: workspace activity, agent events, and content you put in the product.
Technical data: logs, device/browser signals, and cookies needed for sessions and security.
Payment data: processed by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe); we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

2. How we use information

Provide and secure your workspace and Front Desk (including voice and SMS when you have opted in).
Send one-time verification codes, welcome and operational messages, owner alerts, and service notices related to your account and workspace.
Bill for plans after trial when you complete checkout.
Improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

3. SMS, mobile numbers, and messaging consent (A2P / CTIA)

leanpickle ai may send account and workspace service SMS (for example setup updates, Front Desk operational texts, owner alerts, and handoffs) only after you actively check the SMS consent box on our public signup form (the box is never pre-checked). Message frequency varies with your use of the product (typically a few messages per week; higher during setup). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel SMS; reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Required disclosure: We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that mobile opt-in information will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may use infrastructure providers (for example Twilio for SMS/voice delivery, email providers, hosting, and payment processors) solely to operate and deliver the Service you requested (including delivering SMS you consented to). Those processors are not authorized to use your mobile number or messaging consent for their own marketing or promotional campaigns.

We do not use your mobile opt-in as consent for third-party marketing lists, lead generators, or affiliate promotional SMS. Any future marketing or promotional SMS from leanpickle ai (if offered) would require a separate, explicit opt-in and would still not authorize sharing your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

4. Sharing (other personal information)

Aside from the mobile/SMS rules in section 3, we share personal information only with processors who help us run the Service (hosting, email, SMS/voice carriers, payment processors) under contracts that limit use to providing the Service, or if required by law, or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information.

5. Retention

We retain account and ops data for as long as your workspace is active and as needed for legal, security, and billing purposes, subject to product history settings. Messaging consent and delivery logs may be retained as needed for compliance and opt-out honor records.

6. Your choices

Update account details in product surfaces where available.
Opt out of SMS via STOP; continue email/voice where offered.
Request access or deletion by emailing support@leanpickle.com (subject to legal holds).

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, session cookies). No method of transmission is 100% secure.
